Qsilica One-A-Day tablets are formulated to support the health and appearance of skin, hair and nails. Containing ingredients that provide antioxidant protection and assist structural integrity. Qsilica One-A-Day tablets are a convenient way to encourage supple skin, healthy hair and strong nails. Colloidal silica is required for the formation of collagen and helps promote the health, strength and integrity of connective tissues such as skin, hair and nails. 
A clinically trialled dose of biotin may assist in improving the condition of brittle hair while selenium and zinc encourage healthy looking skin by helping to protect cells from free radical damage.
