Directions

Adults only: 2 capsules 3 times a day.

Best taken at first sign of cold and flu – within 48hours of the onset of symptoms. Or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Maintenance Dose

Adults only: 2 capsules a day.

If symptoms or cough persist consult your health care practitioner. Seek medical advice before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Contains potassium sorbate and glucose.
