Blackmores S. 79 or Silica is a calcium re-organiser in the body and is an essential component in the production of connective tissues. It is involved in the early stages of bone development and can be used for conditions which effect bone, tendons and ligaments such as arthritis and bone spurs. Calcium Fluoride can also strengthen tooth enamel as well as heal the skin.

Physical Signs which can indicate the need for Calcium Fluoride may include cracked lips, heels or anal fissures, abscesses, boils, perspiration with a strong odour, slow growing hair or fingernails or hair that is falling out or has split ends.
