Swisse Women's Power Ultivite is a premium quality, advanced multivitamin containing 29 vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and herbs, to help fill nutritional gaps, support energy production and assist with healthy mental performance.

Contains high potency B group vitamins to support energy production and vitality. Vitamin B2, B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B5 & B6 are important for the adrenals. Healthy adrenal function helps support the body's response to stress.

Vitamin B5 helps support healthy mental performance.

Contains 1000 IU of vitamin D to help maintain healthy bones and teeth.

Zinc is essential to support and maintain healthy skin.

Vitamins A, E as well as selenium help protect against free radical damage.

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.  When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.  If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
