Orders are delivered via eParcel by Australia Post. This allows you to track your order via the following site

Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm.  If there is no one home at the time of delivery to receive and sign for the order, the parcel will be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying you of its location. All orders require a signature upon receipt. For these reasons we suggest you provide a business address if no one is home during business hours. Please do not request that the we leave the parcel unattended in any way, as we cannot fulfill this request. Any such requests will be ignored.

*Any request to increase orders above our maximum quantities may result in an increase of postage charges. This includes placing multiple orders for the same item.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

Delivery times are as estimated by Australia Post. They are a guide only and may vary.


We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels delivered within Australia. However these extra costs will never be higher than cost.


International postage will be calculated on a case by case basis, as the shipping charge is dependent on the weight of your order and the destination. Please proceed through the checkout process as normal, and we will contact you via email with the delivery options available and the additional costs.

NOTE: The $7.95 charged during the checkout process is the standard delivery charge based on Australian orders. It is not the international shipping amount. International postage will always be additional.

We offer the following postage methods via Australia Post: Express Post International, Registered International, Air Mail, and Sea Mail. Not all methods are available to all destinations or for all parcels. It is our preference to send parcels via Registered International or Express Post, so that we can track the item. If you choose to receive your delivery via Air Mail or Sea Mail, we cannot take any responsibility for the item once it leaves our warehouse.

Some items cannot be sent internationally due to Australian Aviation Guidelines. This includes aerosols (deodorants, hairspray), flammable products (containing alcohol - includes fragrances), and some other products. We also will not ship prescriptions, Pharmacist Only Medicines, and selected other medications overseas.  We will advise if your order is not suitable for International delivery.

Customs charges may apply. It is up to the individual to find out if there will be customs charges. 123 Chemist Online takes no responsibility for customs charges. If any International parcels are returned to 123 Chemist Online for any reason (ie incorrect address supplied, customs charges declined, parcel not collected), we cannot refund the shipping cost.
