Rescue Remedy Sleep is a unique combination of Rescue Remedy and White Chestnut. Rescue Remedy is the most famous of all Dr Bach's remedies, and is a combination of five of the Bach Flower Remedies; Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose and Clematis and has helped restore calm and focus in everyday stressful situations for over 70 years. White Chestnut is a Bach flower remedy that has traditionally been used to help switch off the mind from unwanted thoughts and mental arguments. These two remedies combined provide an effective natural aid to assist with a peaceful and resful sleep.

Activate the spray pump before use. Bring spray nozzle up to mouth and apply 2 sprays on the tongue. Do not spray into the throat or eyes.This can be repeated 2 - 3 times prior to bedtime or as often as required.
