Arnica Montana Flower Tincture, Rosemary Oil, Lavender Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Boswellia Carterii Extract. Also contains Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E.

Directions for use - Apply on and around the painful areas and rub in. Repeat up to 5 times daily. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.
