Soft chewing Nicotinell Gum comes in a range of unexpectedly bold flavours that are pleasant to chew throughout the day. Nicotinell can help you control the cravings that often occur as you try to achieve a smoke free life.

Dosage: Chew one piece of Nicotinell Gum slowly when you feel the urge to smoke. DO NOT EXCEED 10 GUMS IN ONE DAY.
Chewing Technique: 1. Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong. 2. Rest Nicotinell Gum between your gum and cheek. 3. Chew again when the taste has faded. 4. Repeat chewing routine for around 30 minutes.
Usage program: A. After around 3 months, gradually cut down the amount of Nicotinell Gum you chew each day. B. When you are down to 1-2 pieces per day, you can stop using Nicotinell Gum. C. Stopping Nicotinell Gum completely should be possible within 6 months from the start of treatment.
- Use only as directed.
- Nicotinell Chewing Gum should not be used by children under 18 years of age, non-smokers or when pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not smoke or use any other nicotine product while using Nicotinell Chewing Gum.
- Do not use this product if the foil seal is broken.
- Store below 25°C
4mg Nicotine Chewing Gum
Contains saccharin and saccharin sodium. Contains sorbitol, xylitol and mannitol -total 0.4g/gum or 4g/10 gums. Product containing these ingredients may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Contains 11.5mg or 0.5mmol sodium/gum (equiv. to 115mg or 5mmol/10gums) which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet.
