Best used when first symptoms occur or when your body is most vulnerable such as in winter or in contact with sick people.Immediately when first symptoms occur, take 1 tablet by lunch time and 1 before retiring, or as directed by a health care professional. For prevention and maintenance, take 1 tablet daily at lunchtime. Take tablets during or immediately after a main meal.
