Common symptoms of anxiety include irritability, palpitations, inability to concentrate, flushing, loss of appetite, dry mouth, headache and fatigue. As sleeplessness is a common symptom of mild anxiety, Chamomile has been included for its calming effect on the mind and body to help you fall asleep at night for a restful sleep, which may help you wake up feeling refreshed for the day. Magnesium has been included to help support nerve function and muscle relaxation along with Vitamin B6 which is essential in the formation of neurotransmitters including serotonin, GABA and dopamine and therefore an essential nutrient in the regulation of mental processes. Withania somnifera (Sensoril*) extract equiv. to dry root and leaf 1000mg Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) extract equiv. to dry flower 700mg Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate 500mg Equiv. Magnesium 100mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 25mg  Contains: No added yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.

Directions

For stress and anxiety: Take 1 tablet daily with food. For sleep support: Take an additional tablet in the evening or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
